Worldwide coronavirus cases cross 90 million

WASHINGTON: The coronavirus has infected more than 90,693,444 million people worldwide and killed 1,943,171 people.

More than 64,813,702 million patients of coronavirus have been cured in the world and more than 23,936,571 million are undergoing treatment. Coronavirus’ situation is the worst in the United States, where 383,275 deaths have been reported and more than 229,170,000 cases have been reported.

India ranks second in the world in terms of coronavirus cases, with 151,198 deaths and more than 14.67 million people diagnosed with the virus.  The total number of deaths from coronavirus in Brazil is 230,000 and more than 81.5 million people are affected.

More than 3.4 million people in Russia have been infected with the coronavirus, bringing the total death toll to 61,837. In France, more than 2,783,000 people were affected and 67,750 lost their lives. More than 3,072,000 coronavirus cases and 81,431 deaths have been reported in the UK.

In Turkey, 2,326,256 people have been affected and 22,807 have died. In Italy, more than 2.276 million people have been affected, while 78,755 people have died
