ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has rejected the claim of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Azam Swati of being present at the judicial lodges in Quetta.
The SC has reacted to the matter of Azam Swati’s video at judicial lodges in Quetta as in this regard, the notification of the SC has said that only judges have permission to stay in the judicial lodges. The SC registrar manages the administrative matters of the lodges, added the statement.
It was further stated in the notification that Azam Swati had not stayed in the lodges, rather he stayed at the Balochistan judicial academy – during his visit – which is not in the control of the SC.

Meanwhile, Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani constituted a committee comprising parliamentary leaders to investigate into alleged objectionable video featuring Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Senator Azam Khan Swati and his family.
The move came hours just a day after Senator Azam Swati narrated shocking details about what happened to his family, and how an obscene video of his private life was sent to daughter to shatter their privacy.
He revealed that the video was recorded during his stay at Quetta Judicial Complex on arrangements made by Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani.
