KARACHI: Provincial Minister for Education Saeed Ghani has barred media reporters to enter the examination halls during papers.
According to the details, Saeed Ghani banned access to media test centers by adopting a policy of stopping news rather than stopping in the matriculation exams across Sindh.
Every year there is a record-breaking transcript at the testing centers across Sindh. The media has been a prominent key in exposing the education performance in examinations every year.
The officers of the Matric Boards have also been involved in such acts. In a systematic way, billions of earners are ruining quality education.
The Minister of Education excluded the media from the test centers which deviated from the constitutional and legal right to access media information.
It may be recalled that earlier there was a meeting of Education Sindh Steering Committee, chaired by the Minister of Education and Labor Sindh Saeed Ghani, in which high education officials and others attended the meeting.
During the meeting two days ago, Sindh agreed to start the academic year from 1st April.
