PESHAWAR: Army Chief General Asim Munir has said that the nation was proud of the armed forces and the success has become the destiny of Pakistan while illegal aliens have affected the country’s security.
According to the details, during his visit to Peshawar, Army Chief General Asim Munir was briefed on the overall security situation of the country, ongoing anti-terrorism operations, and repatriation of illegal foreigners.
Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR) said that the Army Chief was given a detailed briefing on the progress of social and economic development in the newly merged districts. The Army Chief met the officers and soldiers who were fighting the terrorists.
ISPR said that Army Chief General Asim Munir while appreciating the outstanding performance of the officers and men said that the nation is proud of the performance of the armed forces. Success is the destiny of Pakistan. Pakistan Army will defend every inch of the country.
