When asked if he thought ‘Ertugrul’ will be such a massive hit in Pakistan, the actor said that he expected it to be popular in Muslim countries but the success in Pakistan was more than expected.
He recalled that when the team started working on the project, they were told they would be unable to finish the project, but it not only became a reality but a massive hit too.
The actor revealed that he learned about his popularity in Pakistan through Instagram where he received a number of “marriage proposals”. However, he revealed that he was unmarried but already committed.
The actor said he will be glad to work in a Pakistani drama if offered. He also revealed that he has plans to taste Biryani if he gets a chance to visit the country.
