The passing-out parade of the 152nd PMA Long Course is underway at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, with Field Marshal Asim Munir attending the ceremony as the chief guest.
According to Dawn News, the passing-out parade of the 37th Technical Graduate Course, the 71st Integrated Course, and the 26th Lady Cadet Course is also being held. The chief guest, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, awarded the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy to Babar Company during the parade.
A total of 40 cadets from friendly countries, including Iraq, the Maldives, Yemen, and Palestine, are participating in the passing-out parade, where the cadets performed an impressive march past. A large number of senior Pakistan Army officers, foreign diplomats, and prominent personalities are also present at the ceremony.
Speaking at the passing-out parade ceremony, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that since the creation of Pakistan the armed forces have left no shortcoming in the defence of the homeland. We have always confronted internal and external challenges vigorously.
While addressing the ceremony, the Field Marshal said that it is a matter of pride for me to inspect the passing-out parade. By defeating the enemy in the battle for truth, the army has further consolidated the nation’s confidence. We shot down the eternal enemy’s Rafale aircraft.
During the address, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that we carried out operations against our eternal enemy in a professional manner. The armed forces, with the support of the nation, ensured the defence of the homeland. Pakistan Military Academy Kakool holds historic significance.
The Field Marshal said that the entire nation stood with the Pakistan Army in the operation against the enemy. The nation became united and of one voice against Indian aggression. Pakistan proved its military and defence capabilities.
He said that India avoided impartial investigations and leveled baseless accusations against Pakistan. With the help of Allah and the nation, we will not let anyone take even an inch of this homeland.
