Will continue pursuing measures to bring down inflation: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he would continue pursuing measures to bring down inflation.
In a tweet, the prime minister wrote that he was happy to see the cabinet decisions over the reduction of inflation.

Good to see Cabinet decisions to reduce inflation, incl subsidy on products through Utility Stores, starting to bear fruit. Inflation rate for Feb shows decline by more than 2% versus Jan. We will continue pursuing measures to bring down inflation & reduce burden on citizens

He further wrote that the inflation rate for February has shown a decline by more than 2 percent as compared to January.
According to the prime minister, he will continue pursuing measures to bring down to reduce the burden on citizens.
Deputy Defence Minister for Saudi Arabia, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz earlier on Monday met Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad.
Matters pertaining to bilateral relations as well as regional and international came under discussions. During the meeting, Prince Khalid bin Salman delivered an important message from Saudi leadership to PM Imran.
