US rapper Redveil called for a ceasefire in Gaza during his set at Tyler, the Creator’s music festival while displaying the names of children killed in Gaza by Israeli attacks. He also led the crowd in a chant of “Free Palestine”.
Footage from the festival shared on social media shows the rapper pointing to a long, fast-scrolling list of names on the screen behind him.

“Behind me is a list of names of Palestinians [that have] been killed in Gaza since October 7,” the singer is heard saying. “Nobody on this f*****g list made it to the age [of] four.”
“It’s not complicated,” he said.

Redveil urged the crowd to call their state representatives and demand a ceasefire in the besieged enclave where more than 11,000 people have been killed, 40 percent of whom are children, according to the Gaza medical authorities. Before leaving the stage, he led the crowd in chants of “Free Palestine.”
