Unidentified individuals slit Naib Tehsildar brother’s throat in Arifwala

Unidentified individuals have killed the brother of Naib Tehsildar Muhammad Safdar Bhatti in Mushtaq Nagar locality of Arifwala, Pakpattan District in Punjab.

According to police, unidentified individuals broke into the house and slit the throat of 66-year-old Bilal using a sharp-edged weapon.

According to police, the deceased Bilal was the maternal uncle of Naib Tehsildar Muhammad Safdar Bhatti and Mudassir Tufail Bhatti Advocate.

City police registered a case against 5 unidentified individuals, including a woman, upon the application of the victim’s nephew, Muhammad Moaz.

Earlier, Two men who allegedly shot dead three police officials in Lahore were killed during an exchange of fire with law enforcers at a house in Muridke where they had held a family hostage.

Police officials identified the suspects as a father-son duo, Fayyaz Butt and Rehan Butt, saying that they were killed in a joint operation by Lahore police, Counter-Terrrorism Department (CTD) personnel, Sheikhpura police and Elite Force personnel on Friday morning after an hours-long chase from Lahore to Muridke.
