SHEIKHUPURA: A SHO has created a great example of humanity by sending a seven-year-boy who sells Miswak for living to school.
A seven-year-old Umair Ali, who has seven siblings sells Miswak (a crude toothbrush) is being sent to school from 30th September. SHO Khurram Shehzad, a young police officer met Ali a few days ago at one of the petrol pumps in Sheikhupura.
He upon meeting Ali came to the thought that he is capable of enrolling at least one child in school. He then talked to Ali’s parents and got him admitted to a nearby public school.
While sharing the story, SHO Dogar wrote, “I don’t know what will be the future of Ali. I am not sure if he will be able to continue his studies in the long run. However, I have started a positive wave among my fellow Pakistanis to help the children in need. Let’s see how many people get inspired by this. Umair has secured his admission. He has also got his uniform. The school will now start on September 30.”
نیک تمنائیں❤️ pic.twitter.com/3m0PmGkuOz— Khurram (@Khurram_zakir) September 8, 2020
