Pakistan raises petrol and diesel prices again

The federal government has announced another increase in the prices of petroleum products, raising the cost of both petrol and high-speed diesel.

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been increased by PKR 4.40 per litre, bringing the new retail price to PKR 331.52 per litre.

The notification also states that the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has been raised by PKR 3.62 per litre. Following the increase, the new retail price of diesel has been set at PKR 378.66 per litre.

The revised fuel prices have taken effect in accordance with the government’s official notification.
