KARACHI: Hot and dry weather is expected to continue in Karachi over the next few days, with temperatures potentially reaching 38°C today and tomorrow, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department’s Early Warning Centre.

Weather analysis suggests that northerly and north-easterly winds may prevail from the morning until around midday. The usual sea breeze, blowing from the south-west and west, is expected to set in later in the evening.

The Meteorological Department expects relative humidity to remain between 15% and 30%, meaning muggy conditions and unusually intense humidity are not anticipated.

The department also forecasts that Karachi’s weather may remain somewhat warmer than usual through the first week of November. However, temperatures are expected to drop noticeably after sunset, bringing cooler conditions during the evening and night.
