The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) arrested a suspect in Lahore for allegedly possessing and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including content depicting the sexual abuse of children and animals as officials said that the operation was part of a broader crackdown on digital exploitation and online crimes.
According to officials, the material was allegedly circulated through online platforms for commercial purposes.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices containing potential evidence were seized during the operation and sent for forensic analysis.
It should be noted that like any other country, child Sexual Abuse Material is treated as one of the most serious forms of online criminal exploitation.
In Multan, two more suspects were arrested in separate cases involving the alleged blackmailing of women through private photographs and videos.

Investigators said the suspects allegedly used WhatsApp and other online platforms to threaten victims and illegally distribute sensitive digital content.
Electronic devices and other relevant evidence were recovered during the raids and handed over for forensic examination. Investigations into the cases are ongoing.
