Medical report has confirmed sexual assault in one of the victims in the alleged gang rape case of two foreign women in Lahore while the recorded statement of the victim, Strida Gabriela Robinson, from Venezuela, before the magistrate has confirmed all the allegations.
According to reports, the initial medical report received by the police has confirmed sexual assault of a foreign woman. Out of the four accused arrested, three have been accused of sexual assault of the woman.
It should be noted that the main accused named in this case, Raza Dar, is the grandson of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
According to the police, DNA samples of the affected women and the accused and the mobile phones of the accused have also been sent for forensic analysis. Police sources say that in the next phase, the investigation will be taken forward in the light of forensic and DNA reports.
It has also been revealed in this case that there was an investment in cryptocurrency between the accused and the victim women, which is said to be worth four to five hundred thousand US dollars.
Sources say that Raza Dar and his associates were demanding profits from the victim women. The investigation has also revealed that the accused allegedly transferred about 19 thousand US dollars from the digital wallet of the victim women to their accounts.
A recorded affidavit of one of the foreign women affected before a magistrate under Section 164 of the Criminal Code has also come to light.
The victim woman, Strid Gabriela Robinson, from Venezuela, said in her statement that she confirms all the incidents narrated by the other victim woman, Stephanie Adriana.
According to Gabriela Robinson, four armed men came to the house where she was kept on the first night after arriving in Pakistan, tied her up and tortured her. Later, Raza Dar came there and started questioning me about my computer and money.
According to the statement, the accused were constantly trying to get information related to computers, passwords and money from both of us. The woman said that she was also threatened with death and was told that if the money was not provided, she would not be able to return alive.
In her statement recorded before the magistrate, the victim has also accused the accused of torture and sexual assault.
