Newly elected Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has announced different transport projects and schemes in the province. Providing E-Bikes to students in easy installments is one of them.

Details of Scheme:
Under the E-Bikes scheme announced by CM Maryam Nawaz 20,000 electric bikes will be provided to the students on easy installments and a minimum interest rate. Bank of Punjab will provide soft loans to the students for this scheme.
How to apply for E-Bike:
The online application for the Electric Bike scheme will start in the coming months. Under the scheme, schools and college students can get the bike through easy installments with a minimum interest rate. In the first phase, the scheme will be implemented in major cities like Lahore, Multan, and Faisalabad, with plans to expand to smaller cities in Punjab.
The scheme will have separate quotas for male and female students. The process for approving student applications for the scheme will be carefully managed to ensure its success and efficiency.
Interested candidates can apply by submitting their applications for approval on the government platform in May this year.
