ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has written another letter to the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres over Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK).
Shah Mehmood Qureshi wrote the letter where he highlighted the Indian outrages in occupied Kashmir.

In Qureshi’s letter, he raised the continued violation of human rights by Indian forces Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK).
He highlighted India’s aggressive speech and actions against Iok.

Qureshi once again repeated the call for the strengthening of the United Nations Military Observer Group in India & Pakistan (UNMOGIP).
Prime Minister Iman Khan and other ministers have been urging world leaders and the UN to look into the occupied Kashmir’s matter since the Indian government had revoked Article 370 which placed a special status for IoK in the Indian constitution.

Since August, India in a unilateral move abrogated Articles 370 and 35A ending the special status of occupied Jammu and Kashmir. A curfew in Kashmir has been placed since then which has led a communication blackout in the valley.
