ISLAMABAD: Fawad Chaudhry has strongly condemned the unpleasant incident that took place between the PTI and PML-N in the National Assembly session, with members attacking each other with the budget book during a debate on the budget resulted injuring the eye of PTI MPA Maleeka Bokhari.
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry took to Twitter and condemned the incident by expressing that Maleeka Bokhari has been hit in the eye by a budget book which has resulted in injuring her eye. “PMLN MLAs have no sense of respect and dignity for women,” he tweeted.

Federal Minister for Climate Change Zartaj Gul also condemned the incident and said that everyone has the right to protest but express themselves as human beings. “The PML-N MPA acted disrespectfully again today,” she added.
Zartaj Gul Wazir said that even women were not safe from the ignorance of PML-N members. Maleeka Bokhari suffered an eye injury when a PML-N member threw a budget book at her. While condemning the incident, she further stated that the PML-N members on the floor of the National Assembly seem to be goons more than politicians. Other ministers have also strongly condemned the incident.
