An eight-month-old baby accidentally swallowed a nail cutter while playing in India’s New Delhi.
According to a foreign news agency, the doctors were able to remove it through surgery for an 8-month-old child. The parents immediately took the child to the hospital where an X-ray was done and it was found that the nail clipper was stuck in the child’s throat.
In the X-ray report, it can be seen that the nail clipper completely blocked the child’s throat. After performing an hour-long surgical operation on the infant, the doctor managed to save the child’s life by removing the 5 cm long nail clipper stuck in the throat.
