KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has rejected all the requests to conduct the post-mortem of Aamir Liaquat.
According to the details, the application of advocate Abdul Ahad Khan was heard in the Sindh High Court on the issue of conducting the post-mortem of the well-known anchor person Dr. Aamir Liaquat. Ex-wife Dania Shah was also a party to the petition, she had supported Aamir Liaquat’s post-mortem.
The SHC upheld the decision of Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi while rejecting all the petitions related to the post-mortem of Dr. Aamir Liaquat. The application was filed on behalf of citizen Abdul Ahed.

Zia Awan’s lawyer, Amir Liaquat, said in arguments that the petitioner does not have any evidence. The petitioner is a worker of a political party.
Abdul Ahad Khan Advocate said that there are decisions of the Sindh High Court. The Sessions Court had rejected the request for post-mortem.
The lawyer for the petitioner said that the Judicial Magistrate had ordered the post-mortem of Aamir Liaquat. The SHO had recommended an autopsy.

The police also want Aamir Liaquat’s post-mortem. Abdul Ahad Khan Advocate further stated that no case could be registered at present. Doubts have arisen on the death of Aamir Liaquat. According to the medical report, the cause of death was not revealed.
