ISLAMABAD: At least 395 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Pakistan and 11 people have died of the disease.
According to figures released by the National Command and Operations Center on Saturday morning, 11 more deaths and 395 cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Pakistan in the last 24 hours.
The total number of deaths has now risen to 28,823, while with the addition of 395 new cases after 11 new deaths, the total number of victims now stands at 1,288,761.
During the last 24 hours, a total of 50,859 tests were conducted across Pakistan while the proportion of positive cases was zero point 77 percent.
At least 358 patients have recovered from the virus after which the total number of recoveries has reached 1250427 and the total number of active cases in the country has been recorded as 9511.
It should be noted that in more than 200 countries and regions of the world, a total of 268,755,013 people were infected with coronavirus, while 5,333,083 people lost their lives due to the virus.
The condition of 88,973 people infected with the virus is critical, while the number of active cases of corona worldwide has risen to 21,587,827. Around the world, 241,864,103 people recovered from coronavirus. The highest number of 55,35,791 people were infected in the United States, while 34,674,744 people were infected in India.
