KARACHI: In a drug case investigation, the accused Anmol alias Pinky has refused to verify voice notes recovered during the inquiry, investigators said.

The officer stated that voice notes are considered important evidence in narcotics-related cases, making it necessary to conduct a forensic examination of both the recovered recordings and the suspect’s voice sample.

He further added that forensic analysis would help verify whether the voice notes are genuine and can be attributed to the accused.
