LONDON: A research has stated that adding vitamin D to your daily routine can aid weight loss.

As we all known vitamin D is known to have a strong effect on our overall health. From boosting immunity to promoting bone health, it helps in the absorption of calcium, magnesium, and other crucial minerals from the food we consume.

A recent study has found a link between obesity and deficiency of vitamin D. The findings stated that a lack of vitamin D in our body may disturb metabolic homeostasis, an equilibrium of our metabolism that helps to keep the system working efficiently, and can lead to obesity.
