Every age group loves biryani. The famous rice dish is now prepared in a variety of ways employing cutting-edge cooking methods. Nalli biryani has recently become one of the well-known flavors of Karachi.
Although, there are many Biryani points in the metropolis, however, there aren’t many where you can get a micro cauldron (pot) of one kilogram. Qadri Nalli Biryani, located at main square of Saud Abad, is one of those places where one kg mirco pot of Nalli Biryani is available, which easily feeds 7 to 8 people.
MM News visited Qadri Nalli Biryani to know more about their product.
“Not everyone has the wherewithal to buy 5 or 10 kg pot of Biryani,” the proprietor Kamran said, “Customers asked us to do something about this, so we brought this one kilo pot to the market. It has one kilo meat and one kilo of rice that is enough to feed 8 to 10 people,” he added.

He said that they have been in Biryani business for 35 years. However, they have ventured into counter biryani since the 27th of Ramadan, although they have been serving one kg pot for over a year.
“We use our own spices with our own unique combination,” Mr Kamran said, “Delicious Biryani needs quality spices.”
He said that they charge Rs2500 for a kg Biryani pot with availability in chicken, beef and meat.
