KARACHI: Police have arrested an old man and his son for allegedly sending obscene messages to a woman from Shah Faisal Colony.
Police said the accused Abdul Rehman and his son Hasan Rehamn were involved in harassment and bullying through social media.
The police acted after a complaint was lodged in the Shah Faisal Colony Police station by the victim’s husband.

According to the complaint, Abdul Rehman was continuously harassing the woman who lives next door.
Both father and son also assailed people who came to the rescue of the victim after they had tried to abuse her in the street, the police said.
Police have also seized the mobile phones from both suspects. Further investigation is underway.
