Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has launched an initiative to provide free 3-marla residential plots to deserving families under the Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar program.
This initiative aims to offer affordable housing and improve the quality of life for underprivileged citizens.
Maryam Nawaz recently inaugurated the Zahra Homes/Maskan Ravi Scheme in Kala Shah Kaku. This housing project is a part of the larger Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar program and includes interest-free loans of up to Rs. 1.5 million for families to construct their own homes.

- Number of Houses Completed: 100 houses built in just 2.5 months.
- House Size: Each home covers 400 square feet with:
- 2 bedrooms
- A kitchen
- A bathroom
- A courtyard

How to register in the scheme:
- Go to the ACAG website
- Fill out the registration form
- Provide your personal information, including your name, National Identity Card number, and other details
- Enter your location details, including your district, tehsil, and city
- Create a password for your account
- Submit your application
- Wait for an SMS confirming your registration

- Be a permanent resident of Punjab
- Own a residential plot of up to 5 marlas in an urban area or up to 10 marlas in a rural area
- Not already own a home
- Not have a criminal record
- Not be a loan defaulter
- Be registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER)
