ISLAMABAD: It has recently emerged that the World Bank intends to finance the Government of Sindh’s education program with a loan of $100 million to improve the quality of teaching methods and student allocation in early primary classrooms in 10 chosen districts of the province.
The “Sindh early learning enhancement through classroom transformation” project is likely to begin in March of this year, whereas the loan from the International Development Association (IDA), part of the World Bank Group, will be endorsed by the Bank in August of this year.
