The hunt for 17-year-old Muhammad Abdullah, who vanished on April 14 in Sharjah, continues amidst challenges posed by recent floods in the UAE.
According to Sharjah Police, Abdullah’s family reported him missing, initiating ongoing search efforts. The family seeks assistance in locating the teenager, who was dispatched to Abu Shagara’s furniture market to engage a carpenter.
Abdullah left home around 4:15 p.m. but failed to return, as per reports. His family’s search in the furniture market proved futile, with no sightings reported by locals upon showing his photo.
CCTV footage captured Abdullah heading towards the market. He was attired in a black full-sleeve sweatshirt and grey jeans, carrying only a wallet.
Abdullah’s father, Ali, emphasized the search challenges aggravated by flood-related disruptions. Despite facing obstacles, Ali remains relentless in his quest, expressing the family’s profound distress over their son’s disappearance.
Ali, who operates a used car business and has four children, implored the public to share any pertinent information with the authorities. Meanwhile, Abdullah’s mother, Ayesha, remains distraught, praying fervently for her son’s safe return.
