MUMBAI: Bollywood Star Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan got engaged the other day with Nupur Shikhare, her boyfriend for several years.
Shikhare came to limelight when he started dating Ira Khan in 2020. Before that, he had been training former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen and others. He is known as celebrity fitness trainer and consultant who specializes in Calisthenics and Movements.

Nupur Shikhare was a national level tennis player and wanted to pursue his career in it, but felt inclined towards film-making when he moved from Pune to Mumbai in 2004.
He is reported to have couple of short films where from he was jacked up to the post of assistant director after appearing in a Marathi movie.
Nupur became famous when he was hired by former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen in 2008.

Since then, Nupur Shikhare worked as fitness trainer for famous personalities like Aamir Khan, Iran Khan and Kiran Rao.
During the time of Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, Shikhare reportedly started dating Aamir Khan’s daughter Iran Khan.
Nupur Shikhare and Ira Khan got engaged in Mumbai the other day, in an ceremony attended by several Bollywood stars including Ira’s father Aamir Khan, mother Reena Dutta, Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan’s nephew Imran Khan and grandmother Zeenat, and many others.
