Not knowing why but a Pakistani couple has decided to commute to the wedding venue via a donkey cart as their peculiar entry received a ton of attention on social media.
Desi weddings with gimmicks driven by social media attention-seeking have been lately in the news and in one such instance, a bride and groom chose to arrive at the wedding location on a donkey cart, opting an unusual mode of transportation. The couple was seen riding a donkey cart while the animal was also decorated with garlands in the viral internet video.

The two are seen posing with wide smiles while visitors and other members record them riding in on a donkey cart. The two were then assisted by family members in getting off the strange ride as the entire experience was being recorded for the pair’s recollections.
The video has received hundreds of thousands of views since it was published online by numerous accounts. While some social media users praised the act, others criticized it as just another cheap publicity trick.
Although a former social media celebrity Azlan Shah and Warisha made news for giving their bride a donkey foal as a wedding gift, donkeys continue to be a popular theme at desi weddings.
