LAHORE: Spokesperson of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that it did not matter what premier Imran Khan tweets, whatever he writes was a lie.
Marriyum Aurangzeb while reacting to the statement made by Imran Khan earlier said that Imran mafia could not hide its wrongdoings by posting tweets on social media.
Imran Khan earlier tweeted, “As a result of Govt focus on price control, a substantial decrease in prices, especially in vegetable prices, can now be seen. I assure our people that I will not relent until all involved in artificially-created price hikes are identified & punished.”
Aurangzeb said that it did not matter whether the prime minister tweeted in the morning, in the afternoon or night, a lie never changes.
She further said while criticising the incumbent government’s performance said that the prices of edible items, especially vegetables were significantly increased as a result of Imran mafia’s focus on inflation.
The prices have been hiked deliberately and are not artificial to run the prime minister’s Bani Gala residence and to construct his property, she added.
Earlier Aurangzeb said that Imran mafia was a threat to the country’s economy. Imran Khan was a threat to the country’s economy, security, and freedom, she added.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the incumbent government has caused inflation in the country. It was rising due to the fake relief package, she added.
