The Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan is offering free justice facilities to the public as a court of appeal to resolve complaints against government institutions and improve governance.

Separate complaint commissioners have been appointed to handle issues raised by overseas Pakistanis and complaints related to children.

Complaints are resolved free of charge within a stipulated period of 60 days, with no fees or need for legal representation.

Citizens can register their complaints against federal government departments by contacting the helpline number 1055, while complaints concerning children can be lodged via helpline 1056.

Complaints can be submitted conveniently from home through multiple channels, including email, mobile app, online portal, or by postal mail.

This initiative aims to make the complaint resolution process accessible, transparent, and efficient for all citizens.
