Unverified social media posts have recently circulated making a range of claims about the condition of jailed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Dr. Yasmeen Rashid, including assertions that she is completely bedridden, being denied oxygen, or that she managed to send emotional farewell letters from prison.
These claims have not been independently verified.

Responding to the speculation, PTI leader Syed Adnan Jamil dismissed the reports, saying that Dr. Rashid is in stable condition. In a statement shared on social media, he wrote:
“Praise be to God, the news circulating regarding Dr. Yasmeen Rashid is baseless and misleading. By the grace of God, she is well, steadfast, and firmly maintaining her position with full resilience. May Allah Almighty grant her health, safety, and steadfastness through every trial. Amen.”
Earlier, the message widely attributed to Dr. Yasmeen Rashid from jail has been circulating online, in which she is said to have expressed concern about her health and appealed to supporters, party workers, and social media activists not to abandon party leader Imran Khan.
According to the circulated text, she reportedly said that her health was deteriorating and urged supporters to remain steadfast.
The message has triggered strong emotional reactions online, with many supporters praising her resilience and commitment under reported difficult circumstances.
