Islamabad: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has launched an upgraded version of its Complaint Management System (CMS) mobile app for Android and iOS users.

The updated app includes OTP-based multi-factor authentication and improved session management to enhance account security. It also makes the complaint process easier by allowing users to upload relevant documents and supporting evidence more conveniently.

A new fraud reporting module has also been added, enabling users to report suspected fraudulent calls and suspicious mobile numbers directly to the PTA.

According to the PTA, the upgrade aims to improve consumer services and make the complaint resolution process more secure, transparent, and efficient. The updated app is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
