PM to address nation on Kashmir issue

ISLAMABAD: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan on Monday said that premier Imran Khan will address the nation on the Kashmir issue today.
In her tweet, Firdous Ashiq Awan mentioned that prime minister  Khan would address the nation on the issue of Kashmir. The address shall reportedly be aired at 05:30 pm today.

The prime minister will brief the nation on the current state of affairs in the Indian occupied territory where the Indian government has imposed a curfew since 5th August to suppress protest against abrogation of Article 370.
Pakistan has launched a diplomatic offensive against the Indian move to apprise the world community about the human rights violation taking place in the region.
In this regard, the prime minister previously held a telephonic conversation with US President Donald Trump, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, Malaysian premier Mahathir Mohammad, and others in the past few days.
