KARACHI: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed a crackdown in Sindh to identify benami properties in the province on Monday.
In this regard, Chief Secretary Sindh has summoned a meeting of the Commissioners and the Deputy Commissioners today to form a strategy.
According to sources, lists are being prepared to identify individuals holding benami properties in the province.
In August, Prime Minister Imran Khan had directed all the deputy commissioners and development authorities in the country to identify benami properties in their respective areas within one month.
They were directed to submit their reports within 30 days.
