ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday held a meeting with Special Assistant to PM on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Zulfikar Bukhari in the federal capital.
Special Assistant to PM. Dr. Zafar Mirza and Foreign Secretary were also present during the meeting.
The current situation of Pakistani students who are stuck in China because of coronavirus disease was discussed during the meeting.
Zulfikar Bukhari briefed the prime minister about the situation and hoped that China would overcome the disease.
However, the prime minister expressed relief over the government’s steps, directed the foreign office to remain in contact with the Pakistani students in China.
