A young team from Pakistan has made history by qualifying for the finals of the international Destination Imagination competition. The prestigious finals of the competition will take place in Kansas City, Missouri from May 12 to 23.
The Pakistani team has the honor of being the youngest in the tournament and includes seven talented children – Raham Shafiq Faridi, Azlan Malik, Ayesha Siddiqui, Meshaal Fatima, Khadija Sultan, Jawaria Siddiqui and Zamiyarsaud.
This is not the first time that this Pakistani team has made waves in the competition. They recently won the gold medal at a competition held in the United Arab Emirates. This victory came after their triumph in the national level competition which paved their way to the final round.
The Destination Imagination competition, which aims to encourage innovation and creativity among students, requires participants to bring new projects from conception to implementation.
The Pakistani team’s participation in the finals is a source of pride not only for these young children but for Pakistan as a whole.
As the competition draws near, the Pakistani team is looking forward to showcasing their skills and competing against some of the brightest young minds from around the world. They are hoping to bring home the gold medal and make their country proud.
