Iran’s renowned Mustafa Prize Foundation unveiled the statue of Pakistani scientist Prof. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Chaudhry. He is head of International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi and Coordinator General of COMSTEC.
It should be noted that Pakistani scientist Prof. Iqbal Chaudhry was awarded the Mustafa Prize by the Mustafa Prize Foundation in 2021 in recognition of his valuable services in the field of bio-organic chemistry.
According to the spokesperson of ICCBS, University of Karachi, the statues of Professor Iqbal Chaudhry and four other Muslim scientists were unveiled in the ceremony.
It should be noted that Prof. Iqbal Chaudhry is the recipient of several national and international awards, including Iran’s Khwarzmi International Award, Azerbaijan’s Eco Award in Education and COMSTEC Award in Chemistry.
Vice Chancellor or University of Karachi Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi and former Federal Minister for Science and Technology and Patron-in-Chief of International Center Prof. Dr. Atta Rahman have congratulated Prof. Iqbal Chaudhry on his success.
