As its the month in which International Women’s Day is celebrated, there is no better way to mark Meesha Shafi’s ‘Rajkumari’ as one of her best songs.
In this 3:25 minutes song, the singer has showcased everything; from diversity, a transgender woman, to a pregnant woman and a disable lady, the song is a sum-up of women empowerment.
The Hot Mango Chutney singer took to Instagram and captioned the post as ‘Rajkumari’. “SURPRISE DROP! #Rajkumari is now live on Spotify. Wishing all the queens a very happy #internationalwomensday,” the singer wrote.

Produced by Abdullah Siddiqui and Shafi, the music video is directed by Awais Gohar and stars a transgender woman and activist Jannat Ali, activist Nayab Gohar, lawyer, and disability advocate Sana Khurshid, digital creator Huma Mobin, and poet and artist Zahra Hameed.
