Pakistani actress Maira Khan has landed herself into hot waters after making classist remarks and mocked people.
The actress recently took to Instagram stories and shared her opinion based on where they lived. Khan in a video called out people ‘Paindo’ (an informal word) who no matter what they do, whether they shift to Defense (a posh area) but they cannot become ‘Burgers’ (a specific sophisticated class).

According to her, ‘Burgerism’ is natural it can’t be faked. She even mocked the accent of people liv in wretched areas. However, her video outraged many social media users including actress Zarnish Khan.
Zarnish Khan did not seem to like her thoughts and arrogance and shared her opinion about it. She schooled Khan about her derogatory remarks.
According to Zarnish Khan, mortality cannot be divided into classes. “It’s for everyone to follow and if the criteria of looking cool determine how respected you are in society then I must say we have doomed ourselves,” she maintained.
Many social media users have criticised the actress for her sensitive remarks. One of the social media users said that a girl who has changed her whole face is calling out people with fake accents.
