LAHORE: The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has spoken of a ‘London Plan’, saying “Nawaz Sharif has been given assurance that me and my party will be attacked and pulled down.”

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday as his supporters continued to resist attempts by Punjab Police and Rangers for some 17 hours, Khan posted pictures of bullet casings and a video of a person showing shells of live bullets fired this morning, said “clearly arrest” claim was mere drama because real intent is to abduct and assassinate.”

Earlier, in a video message addressed to workers and supporters midnight, Khan said “the way we were targeted by the police, it is a first. There is no reason why they have taken this step. My bail was on the 18th. They knew why I was not attending the bail… because of security.”

He further said “they are preparing again, I know. I have given an undertaking in the Lahore High Court that I will be in court on the 18th. But it was not accepted.”

In an earlier video message, he said “police have come to arrest and send me to jail. If something happens to me, or sent to jail, or they kill me, you’ve to prove that this nation will continue to struggle even without Imran Khan.”

Giving an update, senior PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry took to Twitter and said the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court would take up the matter of arrest warrant of Imran Khan shortly.
