Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has unveiled a special initiative for the holy month of Ramadan, offering participants a chance to win plots, mobile phones, and motorcycles through a lucky draw. The event, titled Ittehad-e-Ramadan, aims to host one million people for Iftar at Governor House.
Speaking at a press conference, the governor announced that families of martyrs would be honored as special guests. The initiative includes prizes worth millions of rupees, such as Umrah tickets, plots, and laptops, all to be distributed through the lucky draw.
A grand stage will be set up for the occasion, featuring Quran recitation and Naat by Muftis from 15 countries. Moreover, religious scholars from Madinah Sharif will lead Taraweeh prayers.

Governor House will also host special events to celebrate children’s first fast, while families of martyrs will share reflections on their loved ones’ Ramadan observances.
Governor Tessori stressed the importance of fostering unity and love within society. “Under the theme of Ittehad-e-Ramadan, we aim to bring people together and promote harmony. Extensive arrangements are being made to ensure a successful and meaningful event,” he said.
