ADELAIDE: England cricket team has won the toss and decided to field first against India in the ICCT 20 World Cup semi-final.
Today either England or India will pave the way to play the final against Pakistan. On Sunday, the team that won today’s semi-final will face Pakistan, but the rain forecast in Melbourne on the day of the final may dampen the hopes of cricket fans, but there is no such possibility in today’s match.
England made two changes, bringing in Phil Salt and Chris Jordan in place of Dawid Malan and Mark Wood. India is unchanged and has picked Rishabh Pant ahead of Dinesh Karthik. Get live cricket score updates of the T20 World Cup semi-final match between India and England.

Yesterday, Pakistan won the semi-finals against New Zealand and entered the T20 World Cup final. The national team first restricted New Zealand to 152 for four on a slow SCG track and then chased down the target with consummate ease, riding on skipper Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan’s attacking fifties to book their place in the final after 13 years.
This will be Pakistan’s third appearance in the T20 World Cup final. They had finished runners-up to India in the inaugural edition in 2007 before claiming the title two years later.
