MUZAFFARABAD: At least six people were killed and another six injured when a passenger bus plunged into a deep ditch near Muzaffarabad district of Azad Kashmir during the wee hours of Friday morning.

According to details gathered by MM News, the bus was carrying 12 passengers from Rawalpindi to Mushtamba when it met an accident that took place after the driver lost control while taking a U-turn.
Six people died on the spot while another six were injured, two of them said to be in critical condition.
A rescue operation to recover the dead and injured is underway by locals and rescue teams.
The bodies and injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital.
