The draft i.e., finalization of teams for the 8th season of Pakistan Super League (PSL) was held yesterday, now all the teams have been finalized and will show their performance in the eighth edition of PSL starting from February 9.
Karachi Kings already have captain Imad Wasim, Shoaib Malik, Muhammad Amir, Sharjeel Khan, Haider Ali, Mir Hamza, Aamir Yameen, Qasim Akram and now The team will be joined by Australian wicketkeeper Matthew Wade, Imran Tahir, England’s James Wins, Australia’s Andrew Tye, Tayyab Tahir. In emerging category Mohammad Akhlaq and Irfan Khan Niazi will also be part of Karachi Kings, while Tabreez Shamsi and Muhammad Umar will be part of the team in supplementary category.
This PSL season will have big problems for Karachi Kings, because last year its performance was not so good and this time, they also don’t have the services of Babar Azam. Let see, how Imad Wasim unites the boys and wins the PSL 8 title for the team.
If we talk about Lahore Qalandars, which has always defeated the opposing teams due to its fast bowling, and their coaches and owners also say that bowlers win you the tournament. Mohammad Rizwan is its captain, while Shaan Masood, Khushdil Shah, Royal Russo, Shahnawaz Dhani, Tim David, Ehsanullah, Abbas Afridi, David Miller, Josh Little, Aqeel Hussain, Osama Mir, Usman Khan, Anwar Ali, Adil Rashid and Arafat Minhas will be part of the team.
This time all teams of PSL are very balanced and it show that the matches will be very interested. Keeping in views all the teams one cannot predict which team will be the winner of PSL8, however, the tournament will be won by the team which will play well and make least mistakes.
