Karachi is expected to experience partly cloudy skies with light drizzle during the morning and night over the next 24 hours.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the weather will remain highly humid, with gusty winds continuing to blow across the city.
The minimum temperature is recorded at 29.1°C on Thursday, while the maximum is expected to range between 33°C and 35°C.
Humidity levels have hit 78%, which will increase the heat index. Costal winds are actively blowing at a speed of 18 km/h.
PMD said that light passing showers are likely during the early morning and night hours on Friday. Temperatures will range from a low of 29°C to a high of 33°C.
The upcoming week will stay consistently hot and humid, which is typical for early July in Karachi. While actual thermometer readings will hover around 33°C to 35°C, the high moisture content in the air means the “real feel” temperature will easily push well into the 40s.
