Bus terminals at Faizabad closed

ISLAMABAD: The twin cities administration has closed all bus terminals at Faizabad due to the arrival of the President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian.

The Director of Public Relations at the Iranian President’s Office, Habibullah Abbasi, said the purpose of the visit is to acknowledge Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts in facilitating mediation between Iran and the United States and to express gratitude to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

According to the details, all bus terminals at Faizabad have been closed till tomorrow at 9 pm, due to Iran president’s arrival.

The law enforcement agencies have formed a high-level security plan amid Masoud Pezeshkian’s arrival.

Commuters and residents are requested to cooperate with the police personnel.
