LAHORE: Senior PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has alleged that the family members of slain worker Ali Bilal aka Zille Shah have been abducted.
Bilal, a mentally-challenged young man often featuring in PTI videos for singing party songs and had been staying outside Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence, was arrested when Lahore Police launched a sudden crackdown within minutes after imposing section 144 on March 8.

Police had taken scores of PTI workers into custody for violating the ban and used water cannons in an effort to disperse them which had led the PTI chairman to call off the rally. In a tweet after calling off the rally, Imran said that party worker Ali Bilal was “murdered by Punjab police”.

His funeral reports, viral on all across Internet since last night, confirmed that he died of excessive bleeding after being subjected to brutal torture and a fatal blow to his head.

Since his ‘murder’, Bilal’s father had been desperately struggling to get an FIR registered against Caretaker CM Punjab and Punjab police officials including CCPO Lahore, but to no avail.
Quoting Insaf Lawyers’ Wing, Fawad Chaudhry alleged that the father of was ‘kidnapped’ after the funeral prayers of his son yesterday.
Taking to Twitter, he went on alleging that the father and family members of Ali Bilal were in police custody, and the same would happen what had been happening since always, a video would surface in which the family would be seen forgiving the Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab Mohsin Naqvi and Police.

However, Fawad Chaudhry said, “the country will never forgive them.”
