Facebook and Whatsapp outage resulted into profit of 70 million users to telegram in one day.
Reportedly, On Monday the global outage of most popular social media apps left millions struck, where on one hand it left Facebook’s founder lose 7m in just 8 hours and on other it profited Telegram, millions of users in a single day.
Meanwhile, Telegram founder Pavel Durov said that; his messaging system app on Tuesday added almost 70 million new users to its site, which is described as a record in user registration and activity.

“I am proud of how our team handled the unprecedented growth because Telegram continued to work flawlessly for the vast majority of our users,” said Pavel on his site.
He further added that, the day wasn’t much flawless because of the rush of users instantly to the Telegram messaging app, speed went slow as number of people were using it at once.
The other sites including ‘Signal’ also experienced same situation as of Telegram.
However, nearly eight hours of outage has resulted into several setbacks to Facbook, Whatsapp and Instagram in just a day. Though the reasons are still unverified by the officials that what caused the outage globally.
