A viral video of violence against a minor girl in Peshawar sparked intense public outrage on social media, after which the police took immediate action and uncovered the truth behind the incident.
The alleged incident of violence against the girl shown in the video had deeply shaken the citizens; however, as a result of timely action and modern investigation by Peshawar Police, it was revealed that the woman in the video is actually the girl’s real mother.
According to the police, SHO Shahpur Imran Khan used modern technology and investigative resources to identify the woman shown in the video, after which the woman (S), wife of Adnan, was traced.

During the initial investigation, the woman admitted that she was the one in the video and that the girl subjected to violence was her own daughter.
According to police sources, the woman expressed regret over her behavior and apologized not only to the police but also to the public. The police stated that a complete investigation of the incident is underway and that parents are being informed about the serious consequences of violence against children.
